About Dr. Clark

Dr. H. Daniel Clark was born in Santa Barbara, California, and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has spent much of his career focusing on developing his skills in implant surgery. As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Clark is the highest qualified professional to address all issues of the oral and facial region. Whether you need teeth extractions, tooth replacement with dental implants, or a more complex procedure, Dr. Clark can safely treat you at either of our office locations.

Dr. Clark is dedicated to providing patients with individualized care, and he makes sure to get to know every patient to ensure he can address their specific needs. He enjoys seeing the impact he has on patients’ lives and is always happy to help them restore their smile and regain their self-confidence. Being an oral surgeon is rewarding because Dr. Clark gets to meet new people and help them live better lives.

Education & Residency

Dr. Clark pursued his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University where he studied biology. Following his pre-dental studies, he returned to the Bay Area where he attended the University of California, San Francisco, San Francisco. In 1993, he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While attending UCSF, Dr. Clark was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships including the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Craig Scholarship, the California Dental Association Scholarship, and the Alpha Omega Award, reserved for the highest graduating student.

After completing his dental studies, he entered a 6-year residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital. During a portion of his residency, he attended medical school and in 2000, Dr. Clark was awarded a medical degree from Harvard Medical School.

Certifications

Following his residency, Dr. Clark chose to take an extra step and become certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery ABOMS. As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Clark is recognized for his exemplary knowledge and skills. To earn his certification, he was required to complete an extensive exam testing his knowledge of the oral and maxillofacial specialty. He must continue to meet and exceed these standards to maintain his board-certification.

Interests

While attending Brigham Young University, Dr. Clark met his wife, Rebecca, whose family has lived in Williamson County since 1984. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Clark and his family moved to Williamson County to start his practice. Dr. Clark and his wife have three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and cycling. He has completed several marathons and half marathons. He is active in his church and several local dental organizations.
