Keeping You Safe
We are taking additional measures to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff while our office remains open.
We are excited to welcome you back to our practice for elective oral surgery care! Since mid-March we have been providing emergency-only care, and we have been overwhelmed by the kindness and gratitude extended to our entire team. We are appreciative of our understanding patients whose elective care has been delayed or postponed during this unprecedented time.
We are fully prepared to provide safe, quality care in our “new normal” environment. In addition to our prior standard of cleanliness and sanitation, we have adopted and implemented additional measures to further reduce risk of transmission of coronavirus and other airborne contagions. As we begin to see more patients, we are focused on your safety and that of our staff and their families. We continue to follow guidelines and recommendations from the White House, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
We have structured our appointment schedule to minimize wait times and to limit the number of people in the reception area. When planning your visit, please bring no more than one additional person with you. We will provide you with a brief COVID-19 screening form and take your temperature. After checking in, you may choose to remain in the reception area or return to your car until we are ready to seat you. We have hand sanitizer available to you, and we regularly wipe down all contact surfaces. We have also removed reading material from our reception area.
Please know that we are also screening our staff members for symptoms and checking temperatures on a daily basis. Team members who have direct contact with patients will be wearing face masks as an additional safeguard. You are welcome to wear a cloth or surgical face mask from home.
Now, more than ever, we feel it a privilege to serve you and provide our full scope of oral surgery care in a safe and welcoming environment. We look forward to seeing you soon!
